Quality Life Services - New Castle is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to add to our team! As an Assistant Director of Nursing you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing the nursing department of the nursing home.

Requirements
- Valid and active RN license
- Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- History of implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred
- Encompass a “patient care first” belief and puts those beliefs into practice
- Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
