Quality Life Services is seeking an Admissions Director who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. The purpose of this position is to implement and maintain processes to ensure a positive customer service experience for residents, families and visitors within the Culture of Family and consistent with the company Values of Safety, Communication, Integrity, Compassionate Relationships and Appearance.
Position Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Participate in daily call with Central Admissions Team
- Schedule and / or lead tours with perspective families and residents and document in the Point Click Care CRM module. Follow the Sit, Tour, Sit model
- Add non-Central Admissions-generated skilled nursing and personal care leads to the CRM module
- Maintain and monitor CRM
- Greet and escort new residents and family members to the assigned nursing unit; acknowledge and describe specific key areas of the home
- Ensure the new resident room is clean and readied for the resident’s arrival
- If able, communicate the resident’s dining preferences to the Dietary Team ahead of the first meal. Offer complimentary snacks and beverages to the family members
- Maintain Appearance Standards through daily and weekly Appearance audits and follow-up with responsible department supervisors for correction or improvement. Notify the Administrator, if necessary
- Maintain an accurate facility census; report daily to the Central Admissions Team and the home’s leadership team
- Ensure residents’ responsible parties’ contact information is in Point Click Care including email addresses
- Maintain an email address book of residents’ representatives, as able. Communicate resident psychosocial updates and send resident activity photos as able and family desired
