RESPONSIBILITIES
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is responsible for patient health and care within our skilled nursing/personal care facilities
- Maintains compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Collaborate patient needs, care and services with organizational and facility stakeholders
- Coordinate and complete patient encounters, treatment plans and meeting attendance and participation
- Assist with facility and organizational initiatives to achieve quality improvement objectives and outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with appropriate state credentials
- Demonstrated experience in mental health care, especially with geriatric populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for improving quality of life for seniors
