Responsibilities :
- Conduct mold setups and initiate production based on established process standards.
- Monitor and document any process deviations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage material changes and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Operate injection molding machines and associated support equipment while following all safety protocols.
- Provide training to operators on equipment use and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.
