Description : We are looking for a talented and meticulous Powder Coat Painter to become a part of our team. The role involves applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish that aligns with our rigorous standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a manufacturing setting, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate a strong dedication to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Surface Preparation : Clean, sand, and mask metal parts to prepare them for powder coating, ensuring surfaces are free from contaminants like dirt, grease, and rust.
• Powder Coating Application : Operate and maintain electrostatic spray guns or fluidized bed systems to apply powder coatings evenly.
• Curing Process : Oversee and regulate curing ovens to ensure the correct baking temperature and duration for a smooth, durable finish.
• Quality Control : Inspect finished products for uniformity, thickness, coverage, and adherence to specifications; touch up or re-coat as necessary.
• Equipment Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of powder coating equipment, spray booths, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
• Documentation : Keep detailed records of completed work, including batch numbers, colors used, and any issues encountered during the coating process.
