Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Valve Assembly Supervisor with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. In this hands-on role, you will lead a team of assemblers to ensure efficient, high-quality valve assembly.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 6-8 Assemblers.
- Oversee valve assembly, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
- Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for the team.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications :
Pay : $28-$35 / hr
