Your Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage job offers, transfers, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and new hires, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Develop and deliver engaging onboarding sessions, guaranteeing a smooth transition for all employees.
Training & Development:
- Organize impactful training sessions that drive growth and productivity.
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, identifying areas for improvement.
Special Projects:
- Prioritize and execute initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.
Requirements:
- A proven background in HR operations, with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with bilingual capabilities in English/Spanish.
