Quality Manufacturing Corporation, a fast-paced, metal fabrication company is looking to add an experienced Production Scheduler to our team. This position is responsible for preparing individual schedules for various processes within the manufacturing department.
Job Description:
- Review sales order schedule
- Make individual schedules for different processes (ex: press, waterjet, laser, etc)
- Make adjustments as needed with schedule
- Print and hand out job cards/tags
- Monitor ship schedules and work backwards to develop schedules
- Knowledge of BOM (bill of materials)
- Knowledge of job routing
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of operators, production managers, and project managers.
Skills Preferred:
- Proficient in data entry
- High attention to detail
- Able to use computer for research, organization, and communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Basic understanding of shipping processes
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
