Job Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer to join our team at our Los Angeles facility. In this role, you will capture and post-edit high-quality images of saltwater and freshwater aquarium fish, corals, invertebrates, plants, and aquarium supplies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business units and help elevate our brand through stunning visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography and post-editing, particularly using the Adobe Suite, with a focus on Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation :

Capture high-quality photographs and videos that reflect our brand aesthetic and marketing objectives.

Edit photos and videos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling content that communicates our brand story.

Photography and Post-Editing :

Plan and execute engaging photoshoots, including aquatic life, product, and lifestyle photography.

Edit and watermark photos to ensure high quality and consistency.

Create visual digital and print assets for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required.

Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; familiarity with InDesign is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is advantageous.

Experience in aquarium keeping and knowledge of aquatic life is a plus.

What We Offer :

Full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, California.

Competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $21.00, based on experience.

Regular working hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM.
