Quality Mart Assistant Managers are chosen leaders who are responsible for assisting in all convenience store operations. The Assistant Manager provides support to the manager and store employees in order to maintain operational excellence. Assistant Managers demonstrate, train and hold all associates responsible for providing the “WOW” customer service experience. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for cash management, shift duties, store organization, store image, and cleanliness. The Assistant Manager will assist with operational duties including paperwork and opening/closing responsibilities.
