Duties
- Process and record all incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, including journal entries and payment histories.
- Ensuring accuracy and adherence to contracted guidelines on all invoices.
- Utilize accounting software for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payment issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Knowledge of public accounting principles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to be on-time and work in a team atmosphere.
