Essential Roles :
Supervising and supporting staff to assure that services are in accordance with the program description.
Supports and train staff about agency and program practices and pertinent clinical / mental health information.
Responsible for conducting evaluations of staff and making appropriate recommendations to report to the CEO.
Maintaining relationships with referral agencies regarding current clients. Relationship development includes regular visits and email / phone communication to referral sources.
Complete diagnostic assessments, individual / group counseling, treatment planning, and case management.
Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing mental health treatment within best practices for the mental health needs of the children and families.
Provides an environment that promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPAA regulations.
Ensures that client safety through regular supervision of staff, documentation review, and direct observation of service provision.
Job Qualifications :
LISW, LMFT, or LPCC license required.
Masters degree in social work, counseling or related field and five years of experience working withat-riskyouth.
Two years of prior supervisory experience preferred.
