In this highly collaborative and hands-on role, you’ll be the face of our organization to candidates — ensuring they experience our values, culture, and commitment from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary advocate for candidates and new hires, delivering a welcoming and inspiring orientation and onboarding journey.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent via social media, referrals, and innovative recruiting channels.
- Partner closely with the HR Director and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from job postings and resume screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Assess candidates’ skills, culture fit, and potential to contribute meaningfully to the team.
- Manage the posting and maintenance of job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Continuously promote and embody the organization's culture and core values throughout the recruitment process.
- Tackle additional HR projects and initiatives to elevate the candidate and employee experience.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably managing multiple high-volume roles.
- A passion for people, culture, and helping others succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems.
- A problem-solving mindset and the creativity to source talent in unexpected places.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of current hiring trends and market dynamics.
