QUALIFICATIONS:
- LSW, LPC , MFT, LISW, LMFT, or LPCC license required.
- A client-first attitude in working with isolated adults in a facility.
Strong organizational skills. interpersonal skills, judgment, flexibility, commitment, and internal drive/motivation are necessary for success in this position. Demonstrated experience and/or skills at engaging children or youth in therapeutically oriented activities. Demonstrate experience in supervising clinical staff and administration within a behavioral health agency. Must be versed in written and oral communication. Valid driver’s license required. Automobile insurance with minimum state liability amounts required. Must maintain continuing training requirements for the Ohio Social Work Board Licensure.

SUPERVISOR: Clinical Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:
The Therapist will oversee programs and make sure that all policies and procedures are carried out pursuant to Ohio licensing standards.
The Therapist is responsible for providing community-based services that encourage and support progress towards meeting client goals. The therapist may complete Diagnostic Assessments, complete Treatment Plans and provide ongoing behavioral health services, as well as coordinate and support other therapists and skills coaches to ensure accurate and complete documentation and billing. May be on-call for crisis services. Maintain relationships with referral agencies regarding current clients. Relationship development includes regular visits and email/phone communication to referral sources. Provides an environment that promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPAA regulations. The therapist coordinates and provides care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client centered.
Salary : $28 - $30
