QUALIFICATIONS :
Preferably, having experience working with families or adults in a professional and supervisory capacity. Strong organizational skills. interpersonal skills, judgment, flexibility, commitment, and internal drive / motivation are necessary for success in this position. Demonstrated experience and / or skills at engaging adults in therapeutically oriented activities. Must be willing to travel and be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Automobile insurance with minimum state liability amounts required. Must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle records check.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES :
The Training Coordinator is responsible for helping to support the organization's strategic goals. The Training Coordinator will work closely with HR staff to coordinate all training for new hires and be the first point of contact on their first day of employment. You will be responsible for training new hires in company policies and procedures to help develop their skills for the position hired.
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for identifying training needs, working with department heads and the CEO to determine what training is needed. You will be responsible for gathering and evaluating information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company training complies with the company's training plan and goals. You will review feedback from training programs to determine their success and effectiveness in helping employees learn about the company or a particular skill.
Should have excellent organizational skills, be detailed oriented and have good time management skills. Should be passionate about continuous learning and development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training topics and procedures, as well as company policies. Must have knowledge of modern training methods and techniques, good leadership abilities, strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and handle multiple assignments. Must have the ability to problem solve, have verbal and written communication skills, and have public speaking skills to be successful in this position.
