Job Description
Handle incoming phone calls, answer questions and take messages as necessary
Check emails throughout the day, respond to all emails in a timely manner and mark any follow up
Follow up on Quote requests
Follow up on reviews
Give customers estimates and ask customers appropriate questions pertaining to move
Usage of Move It Pro Software
Schedule in person estimates where appropriate
Schedule moves
Confirm next day’s moves and schedule
Follow up on all estimates given but not scheduled
Make customer service follow up calls every day
Light Filing
Storage Invoicing and Payments
General Office Cleaning and Upkeep
Multitask/Make Good Use of Office Time
Make Decisions Without Supervisory Help
Represent QMS in a professional manner
