ob Title: Adult Behavior Program Administrator
Job Summary:
The Adult Behavior Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the adult behavior program in accordance with established policies and regulations. This role includes staff development, consumer supervision, intake coordination, compliance monitoring, and financial record maintenance. The Administrator ensures the program operates efficiently while meeting all legal, safety, and care requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management & Supervision
- Organize and supervise the program to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the adult behavior program.
- Ensure continuous supervision and care of consumers.
- Adjust for special provisions related to care, supervision, health, and safety.
- Staff Development & Training
- Supervise and support program staff.
- Organize and coordinate all in-service training sessions.
- Conduct staff development initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Consumer Intake & Assessment
- Organize and oversee the intake process for new consumers.
- Monitor ongoing assessment and evaluation processes for program participants.
- Regulatory Compliance & Communication
- Communicate with licensing agencies as required by law and regulations.
- Acknowledge receipt of correspondence, deficiency notices, or field reports from regulatory entities.
- Ensure timely correction of all cited deficiencies.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Maintain accurate financial records related to program operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human services delivery system.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
