We are hiring 6 individuals. Of the 6, two will work a dual role as a fingerprint technician 2-3 days per week and DSP the remainder of the time.

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in areas such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, and grooming
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Document individual progress and any incidents according to protocols
Experience:
- Experience in patient care, long-term care, or working with people with developmental disabilities is REQUIRED
- Being innovative and the ability to think outside of the box is REQUIRED
- Familiarity with various community resources is a must
