What are the responsibilities and job description for the QP Burlington Manager position at Quality Oil Company?
Quality Plus Managers are responsible for overall operation of the Quality Plus location. He/she is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and managing all staff, daily paperwork, inventory and stocking of store, daily bank deposits, and overall cleanliness of the property. Managers will provide excellent customer service at all times, including greeting all customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Responsibilities
The Manager is responsible for monitoring the cash register, ringing up sales, requesting money for purchases, and giving back correct change. In addition to these duties associates will be trained to stock and organize the store area, remove trash as necessary, ensure that bathrooms are clean for customers, and ensure a clean and manageable work area.
