Sales Representative - General Contractor (Roofing, Siding, Gutters)
Quality Over Quantity Everytime is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team! As an all-encompassing General Contractor, we specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters while also assisting homeowners with insurance claims.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections for roofing, siding, and gutters to assess storm damage or necessary repairs.
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and act as their main point of contact from start to finish.
- Obtain signed contracts and ensure all required documentation is collected.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Processor to ensure seamless project execution—no need to manage labor or installations!
- Canvass neighborhoods to generate new leads, especially following storms.
- Attend adjuster meetings to ensure fair and accurate claims coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (but not required—we train the right candidates!).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections safely (training & safety gear provided).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based pay (6-8% of total contract price, with bonuses available).
- Base pay available (varies by sales performance).
- W-2 Position (Will not be an independent contractor 1099 position)
