Housing Coordinator with a passion of helping individual in need recent grads welcome.
Adult Housing Coordinators are coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client centered. Handling case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure. Helping clients achieve wellness and autonomy.
- Provide services and support to adults with Mental Health and homelessness
- Provide clients with assistance concerning living conditions, goals and assisting with finding housing
- Will be meeting with clients creating assessments, discussing treatment plans
- Will be preforming administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings and documenting.
Must have a Bachelors n a Human Service field with at least 1 year working experience in the social service field.
