We're partnering with a therapist-centric home care organization, looking for the TOP physical therapists in the area for Full time, IN-HOME positions within the Fort Worth, Texas area.
Responsibilities
- In home physical therapy evaluations, assessments, follow ups
- Average of 5-6 home visits per day, including documentation using EMR
- Schedule patients based upon your schedule
Qualifications
- Current therapist license issued by the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- Reliable transportation
