Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales/Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. Experience in wire harnessing or injection molding is a plus. Develop sales through phone calls, emails, and in person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales goals.
- Proactively, identify and pursue new business opportunities within the many different industries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical knowledge and consultative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain communications with customers and guide them through the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction regarding pricing. lead-times, etc.
- Effectively communicate engineering specifications and accurately detail project intent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity through CRM software.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay up to date on company policies and goals.
- Adhere to company policies and business ethics codes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in similar industries.
- Experience in wire harnessing or injection molding is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
