Now, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our operations team and help keep things running smoothly every single
day.
What We Do
We’re home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure
peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical
systems.
Your Big Task
You’ll be the connector—matching the right technician to the
right job based on facts, priority, and performance. You’ll use tools like our
Priority Matrix and Tech Batting Order to schedule jobs efficiently, ensuring
every customer gets the service they need, exactly when they need it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with friendliness, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Scheduling Coordinate and dispatch service appointments using smart, strategic route-planning.

Act as the go-between for customers and technicians—keeping both informed and in sync.
- Create and track service orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Smooth out scheduling hiccups and resolve customer issues with a smile.
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed for real-time service needs.
- Ensure on-time job completion and follow up for customer satisfaction.
- Work hand-in-hand with operations and management to deliver seamless service.
- Keep accurate records and assist in performance reporting.
- Follow and promote all company safety and service protocols.
What you bring:
- Prior experience in dispatching or customer service (bonus if it’s in
plumbing, HVAC, or electrical!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A cool head and creative problem-solving ability
- Tech-savviness—familiar with scheduling software and office tools (Service Titan is a plus!)
- A team-first attitude and a true focus on the customer
