Overview
Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. Our

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily activities within the warehouse
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all warehouse operations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the warehouse team, promoting professional
growth
- Provide effective feedback (both written and verbal) to team members
- Coordinate logistics for the installation team, including staging equipment and ensuring
material availability
- Maintain the upkeep of warehouse grounds and property
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring general maintenance and repairs are
completed
- Manage maintenance and repairs of all fleet vehicles
- Implement and oversee security operations
- Manage inventory control, quality assurance, and productivity
- Organize and manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of materials
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials
- Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities
- Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse and property
- Motivate and manage warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3 years of warehouse experience
- Preferred: OSHA Forklift Certification
- Preferred: OSHA 10 Certification
- Preferred: CDL
