Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multilingual individual with a passion for customer service and sales.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calling to promote new products and services
- Upsell additional products to increase sales revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
