Job Description – Quality Plus area supervisor is responsible for the oversight of QP properties and their managers within their territory. This person is responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of all store managers. The area supervisor is responsible for performing monthly audits, protecting company assets, providing guidance and assistance to managers to meet monthly sales goals, and ensuring compliance of all company policies. Managing 6-9 stores at once
Job Responsibilities
Hiring responsibilities of Managers for all locations
Frequent Audits to ensure protection of company assets
Ensuring that all Managers are in compliance with company policy
Assistance and guidance to all managers to ensure that monthly sales goals are met
Ensuring that managers are aware of the surrounding market pricing daily
Completing all paperwork in a timely manner
Building dealer relationships and ensuring compliance of Dealer Franchise Agreements for Shell station properties.
