Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with installation of wiring, conduit, electrical panels, and fixtures in industrial environments.
- Pull wire and cable, bend conduit, and mount electrical hardware.
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems under supervision.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
- Support in maintenance and repair of motors, control panels, and machinery.
- Clean work areas and remove debris after job completion.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of experience as an electrical helper or in a related trade (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts if required.
