POSITION SUMMARY :
The Office Administrator has overall responsibility for the day-to-day office operations while supporting the Plant Manager in ensuring effective project completion and delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Professionally answer all incoming calls and timely respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain office efficiency through proper planning and organization
- Assist with job quoting
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, and enter bills for proper and timely payment
- Place material and supply orders
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Manage effective communications with customers and internal departments

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
WORKING CONDITIONS :
This position requires long periods of sitting with some periods of standing and walking primarily indoors. Potential exposure to equipment that may pose a safety risk if proper safety protocols are not followed.
