Overview
We are seeking a temporary director to fill in while the director is on a leave of absence. When the director returns, a new position will be offered to you, based on performance.
Duties
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Lead training initiatives for staff on best practices in behavioral health and social work.
