Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSR/Pring Project Manager to work with customers on custom offset and digital print orders - from order placement, manufacturing, final delivery and invoicing.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through verbal and email communication
- Maintain existing customer relationships and work to create new customer relationships
- See jobs through from estimate request, order, production and shipping/delivery
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and shipping arrangements
- Communicate fully with internal and external customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, changes and other tasks
- Works with all stakeholders such as sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, suppliers and customers on orders - including technical specifications, and deadlines
- Consult and advise customers on best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes
- Enter 100% accurate information on job tickets and purchase orders
- Knows the status of the jobs they manage
- Foresees scheduling for projects – i.e., send mailing lists before going to mail house, reach out to vendors about jobs coming their way.
- Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints, and ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Manage vendors and follow up to ensure timelines
