Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status.
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues.
- Maintain customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system.
- Promote and upsell additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and find satisfactory resolutions.
- Buid strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.
- Able to exercise progressive decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work and exceed in a time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
