Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and assist with quality control to uphold operational standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle and oversee commercial and industrial accounts, including service, preventative maintenance, parts stock, and organization.
• Perform service calls efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Replace parts, conduct inspections, and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain professional and positive interactions with clients.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex refrigeration issues.
• Track parts and refrigerant logs for inventory management.

On-Call Expectations:

• You will be paid 50% of your regular pay rate for on-call standby.
• Employees with a current rate over 50% of their regular rate will retain that rate.
• Overtime eligibility applies if dispatched on a service call during on-call hours, only if you have already worked 40 hours during your regular work week.
• Availability for service calls during on-call hours is required.
• On-call schedule may vary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in refrigeration (5 years)
• Thorough understanding of the refrigeration cycle and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge (24V – 480V)
• Ability to braze and solder copper pipe
• EPA 608 Type 1 & 2 License
• Positive and honest attitude with a focus on thoroughness
• Strong communication skills with both office and field teams
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License

Compensation:$35-$50 per hour - Negotiable based on experience
