Job Description
JBS Industries is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Manager to grow and develop a successful sales team, while being responsible for identifying and building new business and managing existing accounts nationally. The Sales Manager will be a representative of our companys 40-year reputation of quality and integrity. Other responsibilities of the role are :
- Hire, train, and develop, a national sales team and determine territories.
- Develop at 12 - 24-month plan and budget.
- Set goals and work flow to lead to successful acquisition of customers.
- Manage CRM system for sales team.
- Develop drip campaigns for prospects and leads.
- Focus on large accounts including multisite owners, distributors, and equipment manufacturers, and partner with Marketing to develop incentives and packages.
- Implement and manage account-specific strategies to target new accounts and increase business in existing accounts.
- Cultivate effective long-term relationships with customers / potential customers through regular and meaningful contact.
- Effectively develop relationships with top 25 customers at all relevant levels.
