Job Title: Administrative/Personal Assistant Company: Quality Septic Repair Location: Lithonia, GA Job Type: Part-time (25-40 hours per week), Temp-to-Hire Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative/Personal Assistant t to support the President of Quality Septic. This role involves a wide variety of tasks to help manage day-to-day administrative needs ensuring the business runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to handle both administrative and personal tasks with professionalism and flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage the President’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines. Run errands as needed, such as dropping off paperwork or picking up supplies. Communicate with clients and customers, either in person, by phone, or via email. Assist with updating business licenses, insurance renewals, and other compliance tasks. Handle administrative tasks such as organizing paperwork, word processing , & data entry. Provide support with project management and other business tasks as assigned. Coordinate meetings with clients and contractors as necessary. Perform other duties as needed to support the President in running daily business operations. Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and problem-solve. Proficiency with typing, Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Chat GPT. Reliable transportation for running errands. Job Details: Temporary to permanent position: The first 60 days will be a temporary period to evaluate performance. Based on satisfactory performance, the role may transition to a permanent position. Weekly hours: 25-40 hours per week, depending on business needs. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
