Duties

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or managers when needed.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and with external clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Previously in a similar front desk role is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office softwares is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
