- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment used for landscaping and groundskeeping to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing the overall appearance of the property.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping, with a focus on tree care, lawn care, and garden management.
