FULL TIME EXTERIOR Porter needed - Cranberry Area
Day Porter Exterior - Full time ~ Employee will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of outside space, performing day-to-day janitorial and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas while open for business & occupied. Perform routine cleaning of outdoor areas as directed. Must be willing to work outside 12 months of the year.
Drive Company Van throughout Office Park Parking Lots and police areas as well as use leaf blower to remove debris.
Empty Exterior Trash Cans
Winter Months spread salt around door entrances if not already done by snow removal service
Deliver Paper Products to Building from Shed on Premises
MUST pass criminal back ground
MUST have Driver's License

- Monday -Friday ~ 8 hours per day
- Shift : 5:30am-2:00pm
- Pay rate of $16.85 per hour - Union Position including Full Union Benefits
