Commission-Based Sales Representative Moving Company

A premier moving company serving Saint Augustine and the surrounding areas. We specialize in residential and commercial moves, offering top-tier service and a seamless customer experience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated sales professionals to help drive new business and expand our reach.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, close deals, and help homeowners, businesses, and real estate professionals find the best moving solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and pursue potential clients, including homeowners, renters, real estate agents, property managers, and business owners.

• Networking & Relationship Building: Develop strategic partnerships with realtors, apartment complexes, storage facilities, and local businesses to create referral opportunities.

• Sales & Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their moving needs, provide accurate quotes, and close deals.

• Follow-Up & Customer Service: Maintain communication with leads and past customers to secure repeat business and referrals.

• Marketing Assistance: Participate in local events, online promotions, and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (moving industry, real estate, logistics, or home services is a plus)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Self-motivated & goal-oriented – you thrive on closing deals and earning commissions

• Ability to network and build relationships with realtors, property managers, and businesses

• Access to a reliable vehicle for local travel

• Familiarity with Saint Augustine and surrounding areas is a plus

Compensation:

• 100% Commission-Based (Earn $500 - $2,500 per closed move, depending on move size)
