Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiation: Accumulate pricing options from multiple vendors, negotiate agreements, and draft contracts that align with company goals.
• Schedule Consolidation: Manage and consolidate construction schedules to meet strict project timelines.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer profiles in Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Professional Communication: Handle phone and email communications with clients and vendors, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately manage data entry tasks and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Office-Based Role: This position requires full-time presence in our Elk Grove office; remote or hybrid work is not available.
