Goddard Mason Executive Search, a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, Inc., is seeking a motivated individual to immediately join the team onsite at our North Georgia-Metro Atlanta based equipment manufacturing client as an Automation - Electrical Controls (PLC) Helpdesk Technician. The ideal candidate will earn based on experience an annual salary of $75,000 ! The Electrical Controls Helpdesk Technician supports clients and field technicians on all PLC, computer and electrical motor control issues via remote access from the manufacturing plant. This will be demonstrated by conducting the following (included but not limited to) duties & responsibilities. On-Site role and may require minimal / occasional travel.Responsibilities : -Must be flexible, 24 / 7, on a scheduled basis-Provides technical and engineering support for manufacturing departments, including Projects, Parts, and R&D.-Open to travels to customer site (on short notice) to resolve issues.
