Goddard Mason Executive Search, a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, Inc., is seeking a motivated individual to immediately join the team of our North Georgia-Metro Atlanta based equipment manufacturing client as an Industrial Field Service Technician. The ideal candidate will earn an annual salary of $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
The Field Service Technician will serve in many capacities through installing, servicing, repairing, leading, providing guidance, and training on various industry equipment. This job is Remote travel, with responsibilities residing throughout the Southeast. This will be demonstrated by conducting the following (included but not limited to) duties & responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meets company and client expectations on projects, in terms of need and timeliness.
- Communicatees with team members and clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Training team members.
- Forward looking in developing improvements and solutions for client base.
- Executes appropriate technical expertise.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills
- Overnight travel, occasionally up to two weeks away and weekends is a must.
- 3 years of manufacturing industrial maintenance experience is required.
- 2 years field service experience is required.
- Residing east of the Mississippi River is required, south and east of is strongly preferred.
- Valid and clean drivers license is required.
- Understanding and ability to Install, diagnose and repair of PLC's, Circuit Wiring, Weld, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
- Able to stand, sit, bend and lift up to 75lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- 2-year technical degree preferred, not required.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
