This is a hybrid position working from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.Grant Analyst Job Overview : The Land and Water Conservation Fund within the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation needs a Grants Analyst / Specialist to administer grants for the program. The Grants Analyst / Specialist will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient administration of budgeted funds and grant invoicing processes.

- Primary Duties and Responsibilities for the Grant Analyst position will include : -Grant Research and Identification : -Exploring potential grant sources at the federal, state, and private levels.-Assessing eligibility criteria for different grant programs.-Staying updated on new funding opportunities.-Proposal Development : -Writing compelling grant applications, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation.-Collaborating with program staff to gather necessary information for applications.-Ensuring proposals align with grant guidelines and organization goals.-Grant Management : -Monitoring grant progress against established timelines and deliverables.-Tracking expenditures and budget compliance.-Communicating with funders regarding project updates and challenges.-Reporting and Evaluation : -Preparing required grant reports, including performance metrics and data analysis.-Evaluating program effectiveness and impact based on grant objectives.-Identifying areas for improvement and adjusting project activities.-Compliance : -Adhering to all grant regulations and reporting deadlines.-Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to grant activities.-Stakeholder Engagement : -Building relationships with potential funders.-Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.-Communicating effectively with program staff and beneficiaries regarding grant activities.Education and Experience Requirements for Grant Analyst position : -Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and experience equivalent to one year of full-time increasingly responsible professional grants analytic work.
