This is a hybrid position working from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $43.50 per hour. Health Informatics Assistant Job Description : The Tennessee Department of Health is seeking a contract Epidemiologist 1 within the Division of Family Health and Wellness, Children of Youth with Special Healthcare Needs section. The Epidemiologist 1 will develop and maintain enhancements to the Community Health Access and Navigation Team (CHANT) data collection project. CHANT utilizes REDCap as a data collection tool to guide programmatic efforts and collect data for evaluation and program oversight.
