Training Compliance Specialist

Quality Staffing, Inc., also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search, a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area's top companies, is looking for an experienced Training Compliance Specialist to work through our agency as a contract employee with the Tennessee Corrections Institute, Training Division, (TN CI) located in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid position working from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.Training Compliance Specialist Job Overview : TCI is a state agency dedicated to training jail employees, and they embrace a culture of innovation and creativity. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the training compliance of correctional officers across Tennessee. The position demands a meticulous and analytical professional capable of managing data, auditing training records, and providing executive support. Training Compliance Specialist Responsibilities will include : -Utilizing the TCI Learning Management System (LMS) to mine and analyze data, ensuring all officers meet state-required training standards.-Conducting audits of customer-submitted information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with state minimum training requirements.-Assisting in managing projects related to staff training and development, coordinating closely with the Training Division.-Performing quality assurance checks to maintain high standards in training delivery and documentation.-Monitoring and reporting on staff development, including tracking hours of self-development activities.-Producing detailed reports and analyses related to training compliance and effectiveness.-Monitoring, reporting on, and tracking trends in quality assurance measures within the LMS to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.-Creating and implementing new quality assurance measures to effectively assess and report on the success of specialized and major training events.Education and Qualification Requirements for Training Compliance Specialist position : -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.-Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and administrative support.-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).-Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.-Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.-Previous experience working in a compliance role within a regulatory or training environment is highly preferred.Additional Information : -This position offers a mixture of remote work and on-site responsibilities; the candidate may need to report in person to designated locations as required.-Candidates should ideally be within commuting distance of Nashville, Jackson, or Clinton, TN., and will be expected to work a minimum of two days a week at one of the three physical offices located in these areas.-Hybrid / Remote days will vary upon the needs of the business.-Candidate's location will determine the office they will work in; they will not be expected to work at all three sites.Benefits Include : -Weekly Pay / Comparable Wages-Major Medical Insurance-Indemnity Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance-Term Life Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityInterested?
