Service Advisor
Reports to: General Manager
Overview of position
The Service Manager at Quality Stoves and Spas should be a position where the main goal and focus is customer service, in field service, problem resolution, and maintaining high morale. Searching out ways to grow and expand our service department.
Job Responsibilities
· Training: Making sure that service techs are trained and up to speed on changing and current service items
· Scheduling: Manage the service schedule, approving vacation days, minimizing OT,
· Strategy: Strategic planning and pursuing new service opportunities.
· Customer Relations: Maintaining high customer service standards and addressing customer complaints promptly, conflict resolution, ensuring customer follow-up.
· Operations: Ensure compliance with local codes and Quality Stoves & Spas standards
· Employee Relations: Maintaining a positive culture while driving accountability
· Expertise: Have a great understanding of everything we sell, inside and out.
· Servant Minded: Work in all facets needed to assist in accomplishing what needs done.
· Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports as requested.
· Budgeting: Work on developing a budget for equipment needed and any other items needed.

Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of Service Experience

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
