We are seeking a Receiver to join our team at Quality Supply and Tool. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming shipments and ensuring that all products are accurately received and stored. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to move products safely within the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in packaging orders for delivery to customers as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role is preferred.
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and forklifts; certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales processes is beneficial.
