About the Role:
We are seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to join our client's expanding team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a keen eye for operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions.
- Educating customers about digital banking solutions and referring them to bankers as needed.
- Ensuring branch operations run smoothly by adhering to policies and minimizing risk.
- Supporting the Branch Manager with scheduling and operational tasks.
- Resolving operational issues related to the teller line while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
- Acting as a key resource for customers and employees, assisting with inquiries and concerns.
- Demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills in daily interactions.
- Encouraging teamwork and fostering a positive work culture within the branch.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in customer service and issue resolution OR a combination of work experience, education, and training.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Experience in risk management, loss prevention, or retail compliance is a plus.
- A proactive and organized approach to tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Military experience in relevant fields such as personnel benefits management, military recruiting, or human resources is welcomed.

Additional Job Expectations:
