Manufacturing and Warehouse Associates - Up to $23/hour Incentives
One of our clients is looking for motivated Manufacturing and Warehouse Associates to join their team. What You'll Do as a Distribution Center Associate:
- Lift and carry objects up to 100 pounds and occasionally manipulate up to 250 pounds (think couches).
- Frequently transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds.
- Move products manually to carts, pallets, or plates.
- Safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles.
- Prioritize safety for yourself and your coworkers.
- Comfortably work at heights using equipment such as cherry pickers.
What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Laborer:
- Lift and handle materials weighing 50-100 pounds.
- Operate or assist with machinery and hand tools following standard procedures.
- Record production data accurately using scanners, computers, or by hand.
- Inspect, repair, and report defective parts.
- Work safely at all times, including working at heights using equipment like cherry pickers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic literacy skills for reading, writing, and communication.
- Ability to learn basic computer and scanning systems.
- Physical ability to remain on your feet, bend, twist, kneel, and lift throughout your shift.
- Basic math and counting skills.
