We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator/Developer to manage and enhance our Jira and Confluence instances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering Atlassian tools, automating workflows, and optimizing system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Jira and Confluence instances to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective Atlassian solutions.
- Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Atlassian tools.
- Develop and implement best practices for administration, governance, and usage of Atlassian products.
- Automate workflows and processes using ScriptRunner and Groovy.
- Ensure seamless integration of Atlassian tools with other enterprise applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in ScriptRunner and Groovy for automation and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Experience with Atlassian governance, best practices, and security policies is a plus.
